Double wall Construction fully made of Stainless Steel (304 Grade) it is Supplied with Two Safety Valves, Pressure gauge, Steam release Valve, Drain Valve at bottom, Joint less Silicon gasket, ISI approved heating elements and foot lifting arrangement for cover. B) AUTOCLAVE VERTICAL FULLY AUTOMATIC is used for Sterilization under working Steam pressure upto 15 PSI Double Wall construction fully made of Stainless Steel (304 Grade) it is supplied with Two safety valves pressure gauge, steam release valve, drain valve at bottom, joint less silicon gasket I.S.I. approved heating elements with foot lifting arrangement. Temperature Controller cum Timer : PID Temp. controller Microprocessor (LED Display) for Temp.

& Timer Complete unit with automatic air purging Digital temperature control and indicator with 0.1 °C accuracy/resolution, with Electronic digital timer range 0 to 99 minutes.

Autoclaving time cycle automatically starts when set pressure is achieved, automatic steam release once autoclaving cycle complete.

Solonaid Valve System : This Valve work for automatic purging and automatic steam release when cycle time is complete.

Safety Protection for heater : Low Water level cut off assembly connected to heater which automatically cuts off power to the heater if the water level is not sufficient.
