Osmium Solutions introducing INCUBATOR BACTERIOLOGICAL (Laboratory Type): Double walled, outer body made of Mild Steel and inside made of mild steel / stainless steel 304. The gap between the walls is filled up with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat loss & thereby saving energy. Temperature 5°C above ambient to 60°C, with accuracy ± 2°C. Temperature is controlled by thermostat.

Heating element of lab model has only one at the bottom side and is made of special grade chrome plated Nicrome wire (ISI approved). Shelves Supplied with galvanized wire mesh. "LABLINE".

HEATING ELEMENT

• Heating is by specially designed heaters made of special grade chrome plated Nichrome wire (ISI Approved) which is fitted at the bottom of the oven.

• Inner door made of acrylic to see through the chamber & external metal door is fully insulated with S.S lock, hinges.

• Air Ventilations is provided on the top of the unit to remove the hot gases / fumes.
